STX Shipping & Delivery Options
We promise to process your order as fast as possible between Monday-Friday. All orders may take up to 1 day to process before shipping. Order placed after noon EST will add an additional day before shipping. These are our maximum timeframes, and many orders will ship the same day you place them. Please enter your zip code in the shopping cart or checkout for an estimated delivery day based on your address.
STX Team Members and guests have the opportunity to select from several shipping options during checkout. Choose the method that best fits your desired arrival date.
Ground/Standard (2-7 business days for orders placed Monday-Friday)
Two Day (2-3 business days including processing for orders placed Monday-Friday prior to noon EST)
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders will ship out within 1 day (Mon - Fri)
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
- We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
- We do not offer international shipping on all products select field hockey and lacrosse products are available to ship to the United Kingdom
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or package forwarding services
- Bounce backs, goals, and other large items are not elligible for free shipping
Shipping Options Offered by Sport
- US: Free ground/standard shipping on orders over $99, excluding bounce backs & goals
- US: Free ground/standard shipping on orders over $50
- UK: Free ground/standard shipping
- US: Free ground/standard shipping for orders over $99 for STX.COM MEMBERS ONLY
- US: $9.99 ground/standard shipping for orders under $99 and customers not logged in to STX.COM membership

We do our best to keep our inventory and product settings up to date. There may be times that orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:
- Unavailable item(s)
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Inability to ship to address provided (PO Box, Freight Forwarders, etc)
- Existence of a duplicate order
- Data tranmission error
Customer Requested Cancellations
After you have clicked "Place Order", we are unable to cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once you have received your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
*Please note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an email with one of the following messages:
- We are unable to process your payment information.
- One or more items in your order are on backorder. (You may only cancel the backordered items.)
