A. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. He is a leader in positive psychology and studies the concept of Flow. Flow is the concept of optimal experience in sports and life.
A. I’d like to see the faceoff heads continue to be distanced from the ball to create more 50-50 groundballs off the faceoff.
A. Tough question. I’ve had the opportunity to play with so many incredible players and legends. My top five would be Bray Malphrus, Joe Cinosky, Ryan Young, Scott Ratliff, & my brother, Jake.
