A. I’d have to go with my first game of my junior season at UMass. It really sparked my career the past four years. I had seven goals and two assists shooting 7/9 in the game. One of those games when you’re just feeling it!

Q. WHO IS OR WAS THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN HELPING YOU ON YOUR WAY TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE?

A. My mom and Dad. Allowing me to pursue my dream and push me along the entire way. From encouraging me to complete all of my schoolwork, to getting to practice early or staying after practice to do extra work. Lots of hours have been logged by them and I am grateful for it.

A. Hype, Fast, Fun

Q. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISE OR DRILL TO DO WHILE YOU’RE TRAINING AND WHY?

A. I always finish with my “progression drill” where I work on my different dodges behind (split, split roll / finalizer) and finish with a move above the cage (turn the corner, question mark, rocker step, inside roll).

A. I have a Hershey Cookies ’n’ Creme bar and Sour Patch Watermelon’s the night before every game.
