STX Shipping & Delivery Options
We promise to process your order as fast as possible between Monday-Friday. Any orders received after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
STX Team Members and guests have the opportunity to select from several shipping options during checkout. Choose the method that best fits your desired arrival date.
Ground/Standard (2-5 business days for orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 2 p.m. EST)
Three Day (3 business days for orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 2 p.m. EST)
Two Day (2 business days for orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 2 p.m. EST)
Next Day (1 business days for orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 2 p.m. EST)
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
- If you place an order after the 2 p.m. EST cut-off time we will promptly process your order the next business day
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
- We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
- We do not offer international shipping on all products, select ice hockey products are available to ship to select areas of Canada and select field hockey and lacrosse products are available to ship to the United Kingdom
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or package forwarding services
- During checkout you will receive an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you have selected

- US: $9.99 ground/standard shipping for orders under $99 and customers not logged in to STX.COM membership
- CAN: Free ground/standard shipping for all elite ice hockey sticks for STX.COM MEMBERS ONLY
- CAN: $9.99 ground/standard shipping for all ice hockey items

We do our best to keep our inventory and product settings up to date. There may be times that orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:
- Unavailable item(s)
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Inability to ship to address provided (PO Box, Freight Forwarders, etc)
- Existence of a duplicate order
- Data tranmission error
Customer Requested Cancellations
After you have clicked "Place Order", we are unable to cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once you have received your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
*Please note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an email with one of the following messages:
- We are unable to process your payment information.
- One or more items in your order are on backorder. (You may only cancel the backordered items.)
