Q. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISE OR DRILL TO DO WHILE YOU’RE TRAINING AND WHY?

A. I lvoe pop up. It goes from a 2v1 to a 3v2 to a 4v3 and so on. It allows for creativity and quick ball movement, which is always exciting!
