A. Take risks! Don’t be afraid to be great and enjoy every moment of it because it all goes by too quickly.

A. Less whistles, so the game can be faster and more aggressive.

A. Erik Hernandez, my strength coach at UNC, helped me recover from a torn ACL and grow as a player and a person. Also, Megan Hanson who helped me get to UNC.

A. Passionate, competitive, aggressive

Q. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISE OR DRILL TO DO WHILE YOU’RE TRAINING AND WHY?

A. Shooting! I love being able to hit corners and work on my accuracy.

A. Rice cake, peanut butter, banana and honey
